2026 World Cup: the medical PJ checklist you can clear during half-time
The World Cup is on and your medical company can stay in order during half-time. Seven tasks doctors can clear in 15 minutes — invoices, Fator R, tax slips and plan fit — with nothing pending.

The World Cup is on — and your company can play along
The World Cup is on, but the routine of people who care for people doesn't change: shifts don't stop, the clinic doesn't wait, and your company's paperwork still falls due on the 20th.
The good news: the tasks that weigh most on a doctor's mind fit, almost all of them, inside one half-time break. Here is our 15-minute checklist so you start the second half with the company in order.
"Medicine is your art, freedom is our magic — including the freedom to watch the match with nothing pending."
1. Issue the invoices you've been postponing (3 min)
Hospitals and clinics usually close the month's payout only against an invoice. If you've stacked up shifts and haven't issued them yet, this is item number one: no invoice, no payment. Through the AllMedical app, issuing takes seconds — done before the line-ups are announced.
2. Check your Fator R before the month turns (2 min)
Fator R is the ruler that sets how much tax your Brazilian medical company pays under Simples Nacional:
- If payroll (including your pró-labore) is 28% or more of gross revenue over the last 12 months, the company is taxed under Anexo III — rates starting around 6%.
- Below that, it falls into Anexo V, starting at 15.5%.
In practice, a poorly calibrated pró-labore can more than double your tax. July's closing defines August's bracket — worth the two minutes (or a message to your accountant).
3. Simulate what you leave on the table as an individual (2 min)
Working as an individual (Pessoa Física) means up to 27.5% income tax plus social security. With a structured company, the effective burden usually lands between 6% and 16%, depending on your profile. Run your numbers in the savings simulator — it takes less time than a corner kick.
4. July's tax slips: DAS, INSS and friends (3 min)
The Simples DAS and INSS slips fall due around the 20th. Half-time is a good moment to check the month's slips have arrived, are scheduled at the bank, and none is lost in your inbox. AllMedical clients receive everything ready, on time, in the app — the check becomes a single "ok".
5. Shift statements and withheld taxes (2 min)
Hospitals and cooperatives often withhold income tax (and sometimes ISS) at the source. Those amounts must match your monthly filing — a forgotten withholding is tax paid twice. Pull June's payout statement and check the highlighted withholdings. Found a mismatch? Note it and send it to your accountant before the final whistle.
6. Is your plan still the size of your career? (2 min)
A medical career moves fast: more shifts, a new office, a first hire. If your invoice volume grew or revenue moved up a bracket, your accounting plan may be playing out of position. Compare AllMedical plans — Star, Prime and Elite follow each stage, with guided changes and clear terms before anything is applied.
7. Still working as an individual? There's time before the final (1 min to decide)
Opening a medical company with AllMedical is 100% digital and takes 5 to 15 business days. The World Cup final is only on July 19. In other words: before the tournament's final whistle, your company gets ready — and you start the second half of the year paying less tax, invoicing from the app, with a real accountant on WhatsApp.

The percentages above are illustrative and vary with bracket, revenue and each company's profile. Consult an accountant for the exact numbers of your case.
