Terms of Use

AllMedical - Financial intelligence for physicians

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the website, app, onboarding, dashboard, support and services provided by ALL CONTABILIDADE & SERVICOS LTDA, enrolled with CNPJ under no. 64.127.472/0001-92.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, sending documents, paying a subscription or using the platform, you state that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Services provided

AllMedical provides services and technology support for physicians and medical companies, including, depending on the subscribed plan:

  • Company opening, regularization or migration.
  • Accounting, tax and ancillary obligation management.
  • Support for electronic invoices and document organization.
  • Dashboard, document, process, subscription and communication tracking.
  • Support through digital channels, including WhatsApp and email.

Services may depend on documents, public agency deadlines, availability of public systems, digital certificates, banks, payment gateways and information provided by the client.

3. Registration, account and eligibility

  • You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential.
  • AllMedical may request additional validations for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
  • We may suspend or limit accounts in case of suspected misuse, fraud, legal violation or breach of these Terms.

4. Plans, prices and contracting

The commercial plans published on the site are:

  • Star: entry plan for the first steps of a medical company.
  • Prime: intermediate plan for active practice, office work and shifts.
  • Elite: complete plan for consolidated practice and broader needs.

The current price, recurrence, scope, allowances, benefits, support limits, upgrade rules and promotional conditions are shown on the plans page, in the accepted commercial proposal or in checkout before payment. In case of conflict, the accepted commercial proposal or confirmed checkout prevails.

5. Payments, billing and subscription

  • Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe and Asaas.
  • Recurring billing follows the cycle, payment method and plan selected at checkout.
  • Payment failures may trigger retries, delinquency notices, suspension of features or service interruption.
  • Taxes, bank fees, fines, interest and public costs may be charged separately when applicable.

6. Client obligations

The client must:

  • Send documents and information within requested deadlines.
  • Report transactions, revenue, invoices, contracts and relevant corporate or registration changes.
  • Review data before approving issuances, filings, tax slips, powers of attorney and documents.
  • Maintain digital certificate, access and authorizations when applicable.
  • Use the platform lawfully, without attempting to access third-party data, accounts or systems.

7. Limitations and responsibilities

AllMedical acts with professional diligence, but is not liable for delays, penalties, assessments or losses resulting from false, incomplete or late information provided by the client, public system unavailability, third-party failures, force majeure or events outside our reasonable control.

Tax planning and simulations are based on information available at the time of analysis and may change due to legal, tax, operational or registration changes.

8. Platform use and infrastructure

The AllMedical platform operates with its own and third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare, web/app VPS, isolated email/API VPS, operational Portal/backend, payment providers and communication tools. We may perform maintenance, updates and technical changes for security, stability and product evolution.

You may not copy, exploit, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, run abusive tests, automate unauthorized access or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The AllMedical brand, visual identity, texts, interfaces, components, flows, documents, materials, software and other assets are protected by intellectual property rights. Use of the platform does not transfer ownership to the client.

10. Privacy and data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that personal data, professional data, documents and tax information may be processed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.

11. Cancellation, suspension and termination

Cancellation may be requested through support channels. Depending on the plan, billing cycle and services already performed, paid amounts may not be refundable. Legal obligations, documents and required records may be retained for the applicable period after termination.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, technical or business changes. The version published on this page is the current version.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Petrolina/PE, Brazil, are elected, except where mandatory law establishes otherwise.
